I adopt an integrative approach to treatment which includes Cognitive Behaviour Therapy.
In addition to my specialisations in anxiety and depression, I have extensive experience of working with clients who are coping with serious illness, end of life issues, chronic pain, or psychosomatic illness. Specific areas of interest are helping adults to mature and treatment resistant conditions.
- Mood disorders: Bi-polar and chronic depression, suicidal ideation.
- Eating Disorders: Anorexia Nervosa and Bulimia Nervosa and Binge -eating.
- Anxiety Disorders: Generalised Anxiety Disorder (GAD), Panic Disorder, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD), Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD).

I can help patients with relationship and sexual difficulties. I adopt a Biopsychosocial approach to sexual dysfunctions such as Desire, Arousal, Orgasmic and Pain Disorders and I can talk with your patient about a customised treatment plan which would include CBT.
